Whether your sunglasses need a quick fix or major overhaul, our repair centers offer fast turnaround, low cost repairs, and warranty service.
When sending your sunglasses in for repair, be sure to include:
Proof of purchase. If this is not available please note where and when you purchased your sunglasses.
Your story. A note telling us how your sunglasses broke.
Shipping & Handling. For return shipping, please enclose $8.95 if you are in the U.S. and $12.60 if you are in Canada. For shipping charges outside the U.S. & Canada, Click here.
Contact Information. Your name, address and phone number, should we need to contact you.
Please package your sunglasses securely and use a traceable carrier such as UPS, Federal Express, Airborne, or U.S. Postal Service (registered or insured).
To expedite your repair, please complete & return this form with your sunglasses.
NOTE: Repairing Prescription Sunglasses - RX lenses that are damaged or need replacement should be returned to their place of purchase. Rx lenses cannot be replaced or remade through Maui Jim directly. However, if your prescription sunglass frame needs repair, please follow instructions above AND clearly mark "RX REPAIR" on the outside of the container.
