Yes we are called Colorado Ski Shop but no we are NOT located in Colorado. Check out "Our Story" for the meaning behind the name!
We are located on the East Coast! We currently have two locations - Vermont & Massachusetts!
Shipping - our main shipping location is in West Springfield, MA. Feel free to contact us with any questions and/or concerns!
Orders
Once you place your order you should receive an email with the order confirmation. Then you will then be notified that your item has shipped with tracking information 24-48 hours after it has been packaged.
We offer free ground shipping (orders over $50 within the U.S. for more details please read our shipping policy). Arrival time will vary based on location & product but typically you can expect your item within 5-7 business days.
Please note that if you have selected the any type of mounting, assembly, or other service add on it will take an additional 1-2 business days to ship.
We will send you an email with tracking information that will become active as soon as our carrier picks it up from the shipping location. We ship via UPS & all tracking information can be accessed through their tracking system. You can also find this info under your account information

Returns
We do offer returns as long as they meet certain criteria. Returns will only be accepted within 14 days. It must also be unused, unmounted (even if the mounting was done by us), and was not a final sale item.
Please read both the shipping and return policy. Return shipping is NOT free unless the wrong product was shipped by Colorado Ski Shop.
Please note this policy is for our online store only. If you are purchasing items in one of our physical locations the return policy may vary based on location.
Credits will be issued after the warehouse receives, inspects and processes your return, which can take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed. Credit card refunds can take up to 72 hours to reflect on your statement.
